1. How do I schedule my first therapy session?

2. Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?
Yes! We provide telehealth (online therapy) sessions for individuals, couples, and groups. Virtual therapy allows you to receive professional support from the comfort of your home while maintaining privacy and convenience.
3. How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy is beneficial for anyone looking to improve their mental health, navigate life challenges, or gain deeper self-awareness. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships, or personal growth, therapy can be a valuable tool for healing and self-improvement.
Rates & Insurance
4. How much does therapy cost?
Our self-pay rates are as follows:
- Initial Intake (60 minutes): $250
- Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $200
- Couples Therapy (60 minutes): $210
- Group Therapy: Starting at $100 per individual
- Clinical Supervision for Licensing (1 hour per week): $75
- Psychological Evaluations: Prices vary based on the evaluation type
We also offer sliding scale rates based on financial need. Please inquire with your therapist for details.
5. Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We accept the following insurance plans:

6. What if my insurance isn’t accepted?
If we don’t accept your insurance, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to see if they offer reimbursement for therapy sessions. We can also provide a superbill upon request.
Therapy Process & Policies
7. What happens during the first session?
Your first session, also called an initial intake, is focused on understanding your background, concerns, and therapy goals. Your therapist will ask questions to assess your needs and create a personalized treatment plan.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
9. How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs. Some clients attend for a few months to address a specific concern, while others engage in long-term therapy for ongoing growth and support. Your therapist will work with you to determine the best approach.
